Cookie Dough Bites

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp canned light coconut milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup

1.5 cups almond flour

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the butter, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and syrup until combined.

2. Add the almond flour and mix until thoroughly incorporated.

3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix gently until distributed.

4. Chill the mixture for 1 hour, then roll into balls with your hands. Choose whatever size you wish (that's why I didn't put a serving size)... I won't judge you. These are surprisingly more filling than they look though, due to the substitute of almond flour instead of regular all-purpose flour.
