Here you'll find my weekly self-treatments (a weekly menu) for hangry. I'm going to be honest with you upfront - sometimes I feel too tired/lazy to cook. Or sometimes life finds a way to force me into social situations. My weekly menu will reflect my humanity and keep it real.

In the weekly menus below, you are going to see a lot of "side Salad Kits." What I am referring to is those prepacked bags of salad greens, dressing, and often some sort of topping (eg. dried cranberries & seeds). Before you start flying off the hangry handle about me not preparing a salad from scratch, please note that:

1. These things are a life saver; and

2. You don't win friends with salad.
